1. On the Personal Assets page, select the name that you want to transfer its registrant.

Click the setting button.

2. Click transfer. You will see two transfer buttons, corresponding to the two permissions of Registrant and Controller respectively.

The Registrant is the owner of the account. Transferring Registrant means that you transfer ownership of the account. In other words, you will transfer your name to someone else for free.

Please reconfirm your actions before transferring. After clicking comfirm transfer, your ic name will be transferred to others.
